“Walk and live habitually in the Holy Spirit, responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit (the truth and commands in the Word of God). Then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh and of human nature without God.” Gal 5:16
The cravings of the flesh are sometimes not so apparent. As servants of Jesus then, we should examine ourselves and rid ourselves of common worldly cravings such as position, possessions, stature and pride in one’s accomplishments. A servant spends his or her thoughts, actions and deeds on the good of the Master and trusts the Master to take care of every area of this natural life.
