Critical Reasons Why We Must Develop Intimacy with Jesus
You must learn how to abide in my presence. John 15:7
In My presence all wood, hay and stubble are consumed. 1 Cor. 3:12
To walk with Me, you must be holy. The closer you get to Me, the more deadly hidden sin can be. Eph. 1:4
Rarely do most people come to My throne of grace. Heb. 4:16
Yearning for My presence is not enough, you must come to Me. Matt. 11:28
The church is running from My presence, instead, running to activity in the place of seeking Me. You may call your activities “ministry”, but it is actually running from Me.
You will not be able to walk in My ways without coming to Me daily.
You must abide in My presence as a lifestyle.
Those who only seek Me once a week in a church service will fall away. 2nd Thess. 2:3, Matt. 24:10, 1st Tim. 4:1
It is presumption to only call upon Me when you want something.
Call on Me to ask Me what I want.
Those who try to do His work without Him will fall away.
Many have faith in Me but only know Me from a distance.
Those who only know Me from afar will weep over their folly. Matt. 7:21-22
I do not exist for the sake of My house, (My church). My house exists for Me and My sake.
You can do great things for Me and still not know Me.
I have been waiting outside of My own house, (My church), knocking, calling, but few have opened the door for Me. Rev. 3:20
Your love for Me will grow cold and you will deny Me if you do not take up your cross and deny yourself daily. Luke 9:23
You must learn to not just look for Me, but to look “AT” Me. Wisdom is knowing Me, knowing My Father, and knowing our love.
You must “want” to come to Me in My Kingdom. Those who allow themselves to become Our dwelling place will not come because of a command or just to know My power. They will come because they love Me and My Father.
The greatest wisdom is to come to Me every day. The more you come to Me the more real I will be to you.
When you know Me, you must know Me in the present. You cannot know Me as I AM unless you come to me every day. You cannot know Me as I AM unless you abide in Me.
When you know the reality of My presence you are walking in My truth.
There is no truth or reality apart from Me.
Your must know how to follow Me as the Lord of Hosts into battle and you must know when to seek Me as the Lord of the Sabbath. To do this you must know My times and You can only know My times by staying close to Me. Heb. 4:3-11
The coming judgments for those who call on My name but do not seek Me will be that they will increasingly fall out of timing with Me. They will be at the wrong place at the wrong time and even be preaching the wrong message. They will not bear any fruit for My Kingdom. John 15:5
Look at Me, behold Me! I am waiting for you to come to Me.
In the time coming to the earth, if your love for Me is not growing stronger it will grow cold. I am Life. If you do not stay close to Me you will lose the Life that is in you. I AM the Light. If you do not stay close to Me your heart will grow dark.
The time is coming when I will no longer tolerate those who say they believe in Me but do not obey Me. The lukewarm are about to be removed from among My people. 1st John 2:4
No one will be able to stand in My truth without coming to My throne of grace each day.
There is a difference between only living (existing), and being and overcomer who stands and prevails over darkness.
I will give to those who obey Me an abundance of life such as never been seen on earth before. John 10:10
You will be known by your fruit. Gal. 5:22
I am releasing the last day Apostles to prepare, to teach the people devotion to Me and to lay down the foundation of repentance in their lives. To help them to see the Bridegroom and to make themselves ready for Me. Rev. 19:7, Eph. 4:12
Many are called but few are chosen. Many will come to My wedding feast but few will be My Bride. Matt. 22:14
The saints who do not know Me, will destroy what the saints who know Me have done before them.
Most leaders follow their own desires. If you follow Me you will always be doing the right thing at the right time even though it may not seem right to you. Remember, I am the Captain of the host. Phil. 2:21
You have lost battles simply by not seeking Me. You took on battles you were not told to take on.
For those who have chosen to die daily, the fear of death has no power of you. Those who know Me do not fear death. Matt. 10:28
